Auf den Cent genau.<\/p><p>Wir haben ein Excel f\u00fcr unsere Finanzplanung und darin stehen auch die Geh\u00e4lter \u2013 inklusive Goodies wie Firmenauto, Firmenfahrrad oder \u00d6ffi-Ticket. \u00dcber diese hinaus gibt es auch ein Modell f\u00fcr eine Mitarbeiterbeteiligung, \u00fcber das Hans-Peter schon einmal<a href=\"https:\/\/autoscan.app\/employees-virtual-stock-options-our-autoscan-model\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> in einem Interview<\/a> erz\u00e4hlt hat. <\/p><p>Das Finanz-Excel k\u00f6nnen alle einsehen. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen keine Ger\u00fcchte aufkommen, die f\u00fcr schlechte Stimmung sorgen.<br>Ohne Transparenz geht Vertrauen verloren. Wenn wir mehr verdienen, zahlen wir mehr aus. In den letzten Jahren konnten wir die Geh\u00e4lter immer deutlich \u00fcber der Inflation anheben.  <\/p><p>Im zweiten Schritt \u00fcberlegen wir uns, wie hoch das Gehalt jedes einzelnen Kollegen im Vergleich zu den anderen sein soll. Wir stellen uns dabei die Frage, wieviel jeder einzelne zum Erfolg des Unternehmens beitr\u00e4gt. Warum macht ihr das nicht? <\/strong><\/p><p>Meiner Erfahrung nach ist es f\u00fcr viele Menschen schwierig \u00fcber das Gehalt zu reden \u2013 vor allem in einer Runde. Wer stellt sich schon gerne hin und sagt: \u201eIch bin 1000 Euro mehr wert als der Kollege.\u201c? Und derjenige der gefragt hatte, stellte fest, dass er dem Kollegen auch einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Anteil geben w\u00fcrde \u2013 tats\u00e4chlich h\u00e4tte er ihm einen Anteil gegeben, der zu noch mehr Gehaltsunterschied gef\u00fchrt h\u00e4tte.  <\/p><p>Damit war unser Vorschlag nachvollziehbar und wurde akzeptiert. Ansonsten passiert es sehr leicht, dass man sich gro\u00dfe Gehaltsunterschiede eintritt. <\/p><p>Nehmen wir an, ich starte mit f\u00fcnf Leuten, die ich brauche. Und einer davon hat das Selbstvertrauen nach mehr Geld zu fragen und mit K\u00fcndigung zu drohen. Ich gebe nach \u2013 kann aber nicht allen mehr bezahlen, ohne das Unternehmen zu ruinieren. Schon habe ich Unterschiede, die ich sp\u00e4ter nicht mehr gut erkl\u00e4ren und schwer wieder ausb\u00fcgeln kann.   <\/p><p>F\u00fcr Hans-Peter und mich war von Anfang an klar, dass wir so etwas nicht wollen.
