New: Send documents directly from autosign

Documents can now be sent directly from autosign by email or to tablets. This means you no longer need a separate sending function in your connected business software.

Sending documents for signature is now even easier: simply send the signature folder from your business software to our signature solution. On the start page, you can then decide whether to send the document to an email address or straight to a tablet.

Why autosign now sends documents itself

We introduced this feature because many systems, such as ERP or CRM solutions, don’t include a built-in sending option. Instead of asking each system partner to implement their own solution, autosign takes care of sending documents for everyone.

As a bonus, the start page shows the status of each sent document and lets you resend it if needed.

Looking ahead

This new feature goes hand in hand with an enhancement we plan to introduce in the future: you’ll be able to upload PDF documents directly into autosign using drag and drop. From there, they can be sent for signing, signed with our signature solution, and stored in the connected business software.

This will be especially helpful for customers working with multiple systems from different manufacturers or providers. Today, they often have to download documents as PDFs, print them, have them signed, and then scan them back into the system. We believe this is yet another process that autosign can make way easier!
