Even easier now: send documents for signature externally
Getting documents signed electronically outside of internal systems can be technically challenging, but we’ve made it simple!
autosign now offers a public endpoint that allows for the easy collection of signatures from people outside the corporate network.
To achieve this, autosign generates a link in the format companyname.autosign.app. This web interface mirrors the document – making it publicly accessible while keeping the internal system secure.
The recipient clicks the link in the message and signs the document directly on the web interface. Once signed, the document is saved in autosign and can be retrieved by the business software.
